Another trip to Florida

We had another busy weekend in Florida. First, we met my Uncle David and Aunt Kelly.



Then after the long drive it was time for bed. The next morning I was ready to play. I love sleeping in like a taco!



Friday was a very busy day. First, we went to visit Grandma in her classroom at Columbia City Elementary. I loved looking at all of the colors in the classrooms and seeing all of the nice ladies there. I am very famous around there!

Then it was off to Gainesville for breakfast with some of Mommy's friends and their kids.

I met Ms. Kelly,Megan and baby Jake and Ms. Traci, Kaitlin and Kyler.



This is baby Jacob. He was born exactly 1 month after me on July 18th!



This is Kaitlin. She was the flower girl in Mommy and Daddy's wedding.



After breakfast we headed to meet Mommy's friend, Ms Stephanie. Then it was back to Lake City to meet Glenda, Renee, Gracyn and Damon at Burger King. After lunch we went to see Nana's new office at the School Board office and to Granddaddy's office at City Hall. I am pretty famous there too.

After all of the running around, we headed back to Nana and Granddaddy's for some rest. Janna and Sara Beth came to visit. I can't wait to run around and play with her!



Then Kristin and Kylie came over to see me. After a quick nap, Trey, Bridget and Destin came over to play. She was born 2 weeks before me. She is beautiful!

So I gave her the look...



Apparently, she did not like it. I will have to work on that!



After all of the days activity, it was time for bath and to head to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner and to see my cousin Mea and Aunt Marsha and Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa.



I was so tired!!



The next morning, my grandaddy had a talk with me. He showed me Tim Tebow and told me that I should look up to him! Good football player and a very strong christian! Someday I will be like him!

My Great-Great Aunt and Uncle, Diane and Roger,came from New York City to see me! They have a granddaughter named Norah. She is 5 months old and I can't wait to meet her!



This is my Great-Great-Great Aunt Pearl. She is 94 years old and is very spunky!



I am the center of attention everywhere I go!!



Cousin Jim came to see me too! He was sure telling me something interesting.



Maw go down on her knees to talk to me and get my kisses!



Later Saturday evening, Matt, Laura, Laney and Bryson came over to play! Laney is 2 and Bryson is 6 months old.

They were really checking me out!

Sunday morning we had breakfast with Nana, Grandaddy, Uncle Brad, Trish, Aunt Diane and Uncle Roger. French Toast casserole! YUMMY!

Then it was off to church then taco salad for lunch with Grandma, Grandpa, Scott, Shelly, Marsha, Mea, Brandon, Taylor, and Jordan! We always have so much fun!

On the way home, we stopped at Uncle David's and Aunt Kelly's to have dinner. We had delicious steak and I even got to put my toes in the St. Mary's river! I loved it!! After dinner, David and Kelly took us to a place called "The Shack by the Tracks" for homemade ice cream then we were back on the road again! We didn't get home on Sunday night until almost 1:00!! We were very tried but what a fun weekend!

2 month doctor appointment August 19, 2009

This is me and Daddy at my doctors appointment. I was sleeping so peacefully. I sure didn't know what was coming to me!



I weighed 11 lbs 11 oz and was 23 inches long. I have gained 2 lbs and 1 inch in 4 weeks!



This vaccine wasn't that bad. It was liquid and reminded me of my milk!

The next ones were not so nice! I only cried for just a minute after I caught my breath. My mommy made it better!

I almost made Mommy cry!

Growing up hurts sometimes!

I am 2 months old today!

Yep! That's right I was born 2 months ago today!

It has been a very fun couple of months. I have met lots of nice people and family. My Mommy and Daddy are so silly. They are always talking in silly voices and singing silly songs. I have so much fun with my Mommy while Daddy is at work. Just a couple of more weeks until Mom goes back to work and I get to go to daycare! Mom tells me I will make lots of friends there! I sure do love all of my grandparents and they love me! I am a very loved little man!

When I was first born, I did not talk very much but I have found my voice! I love to make noises and I get louder everyday! My favorite things to do are stand up in Daddy's lap and smile and flirt with my Mommy. I like to swing in my swing and lay in my bassinet and talk to my bear mobile! Those bears are so funny! I am growing up fast and learning all of the time! I can't wait to see what I will do next!

Hunting season is here! August 15, 2009

On the first day of hunting season I put my camo on so I was ready to go! Mommy said no because it was too hot and too many mosquitoes! Maybe in a couple of years! Can you see me? :)


Mom, Dad and Grandpa went hunting while Grandma stayed home with me. We played and sang songs and had so much fun! I even had another bottle!

We even got a new pet this weekend. A pet deer named Rocco! His family couldn't keep him at their house anymore so they had to give him away. He is a year and half old and he is a 6 point! He loves tortillas and he wears a dog collar! They told us that he has been known to sleep with the dogs and on the front porch. He uses his antlers to knock on the door and will let himself in if the door is open. Mom is not quite sure about this type of pet!



We are usually not this close to a live deer. HEHE :) It is kind of funny...as this deer was eating tortillas off of our front porch, we were eating a deer on a tortilla for dinner! HAHA! No kidding!

My Grandma and Grandpa brought me a new toy too! My cousin Mea is going to share one of her favorite toys when she was my size! Don't I look so tired!



I have to grow a little more for my feet to touch!



Before Grandma and Grandpa left on Sunday morning, we went out for brunch. Check out my new shoes! I have never worn shoes before!



After they left we were so tired from all of the playing. Dad and I took a nap while we watched the Nascar race.



Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for everything! We had so much fun!

I love to watch Mommy do the Wii Fit! She is trying hard get get all of the weight she gained when I was growing in ther belly!

Boys weekend! August 6-9, 2009

My Uncle Scott and my cousins Brandon and Jordan came up for the weekend to see me and help my dad get ready for hunting season. I put my camo on to get ready for the boys weekend!



After a morning of working in the woods, mommy and I put together a picnic and met the boys at the lake. It was a beautiful afternoon and I took a good nap in the shade!
