Fripp Island Beach Vacation with Nana and Grandaddy! July 10-17

For those of you that don't know, Fripp Island is a private Island outside of Beaufort, South Carolina.  It is a wildlife refuge so there are animals everywhere!  Most of the residents and tourists use golf carts to get around the island.  The deer are "wild" but they do let you get very close to them.  Most of our pictures of the deer are not zoomed at all!
On our first afternoon, we had to head out and look for deer and it wasn't hard to find them!
Here they are on the golf course!

Here is a beautiful sunset at the marina.

Time for the beach!

I am one cool dude!

I had so much fun with these sticks!

Me and Grandaddy...two beach bums!

I love the sand and the ocean.

Nana and Grandaddy bought a big tent so that I could be out of the sun.  It sure made the beach more fun for me.  I could nap and play in the sand and still be in the shade!
Here is me and Dad waiting for Mom to get our lunch ready.

It's a beach picnic!

I might be a plumber when I grow up??? (How embarrassing, thanks Mom)

Me and Grandaddy built a sand castle together.

We did a really good job.  Just needed to add a stick for decoration...

...then crash!!!

All of this beach stuff wears me out!!! Nap time!

Mom, Dad and I had so much fun in the pool!

One night, I stayed at the condo while Mom and Dad had a date night!
Check out that view from our room!

More deer!

I tried to sweep the beach....too much sand!

Time to swim some more!

One day, Mr Jim and Mrs. Stephanie Anne drove their boat down and spent the night.
The next morning, they took us for a boat ride!
We saw all kinds of cool stuff!

I took a cat nap!

This is Mr. Jim and Mrs. Stephanie Anne! Thanks for the boat ride!

We saw lots of dolphins!

Daddy tried to swim with them but he just scared them away!

Another cat nap...

Our last night we went out on the deck to enjoy the ocean air.  There were some fireworks in the distance!
The South Carolina state symbol is a crescent moon and a palm tree.

We thought it was pretty cool that we had this view! A real "palmetto moon"!
